Victorian Prayer Chair In Silver, Grey, Charcoal & Hot Pink Velvets

Prayer chair circa 1860

Transformed: Now an accent or bedroom chair. Stripped all the way back to the hardwood frame, then reconstructed using modern fire retardant foams, webbing and calico inter-liners. Recovered in Ashley Wilde lush grey, silver, charcoal and hot pink velvets with double piping. The turned legs have been gilded in distressed silver leaf turning this antique into an up to date ‘show stopper’.
